Virginia Legion Post 162 retains full rights to all photographs taken at our events.
These images are shared for non-commercial, member-only viewing purposes and may not
be reproduced, distributed, or used externally without express written consent from
Virginia Legion Post 162.

Privacy & Opt-Out

• Images are displayed without identifying personal information (e.g., full names, contact
  details) to comply with privacy laws.
• If you or your child appear in a photo and wish to have it removed, contact Va Legion Post 162
  with the image URL and a brief description. Requests will be processed within [timeframe].

Legal Compliance

By attending our events, participants acknowledge that photos may be taken and displayed per
this policy. For minors, parental consent is presumed unless an opt-out request is submitted.

Images comply with Virginia law (§ 18.2-386.1) prohibiting unauthorized depictions in private
settings.

Notice to Third Parties

Unauthorized use of these images may result in legal action under Virginia’s right of publicity
statutes (§ 8.01-40) and federal COPPA guidelines for minors.
